He is the founder of Carrero Mortgage Advisors, a mortgage lending company that specializes in construction finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. Prior he served as Vice President of Leblanc, Karlseng, & Patten, a Texas Fee Attorney. He serves as president of his Homeowner Association. He worked dutifully to help found the Dioceses of Roseau Cathedral Foundation in the wake of Hurricane Maria to raise money for the devastated island of Dominica. Brandon is a lifelong entrepreneur, Catholic, husband, and father.

Jeremy Spear is a U.S Veteran who received a full-paid ROTC Scholarship to Texas A&M Kingsville where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration & served in the U.S Army as an Officer as an Analyst (35F). He has been a highly successful entrepreneur for over fourteen years running multiple companies. His passion is real estate construction. He has had his Real Estate License for eleven years and has consistently been in the top 10% of agents in the Corpus Christi area in Texas. He has bought, flipped, renovated, and sold more than ten million dollars in single-family homes.
